Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Estetik Life, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are accepted. By purchasing products from Estetik Life, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Policy

Customers may request a return if they are not satisfied with their purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The customer must provide order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team and provide your order number and reason for return.

Returned products must include:

  • Original sealed packaging
  • Original invoice or packing slip

Return address details will be shared after your return request is approved.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers may receive either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer

3. Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange if they wish to replace their product.

Exchange requests will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and sealed in the original packaging.
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must receive it first and then follow the return procedure.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

  1. Record a complete unboxing video when opening the package.
  2. Send the video along with your order details to our WhatsApp support.
  3. Our team will review the request and confirm the return process.

Returned items must include:

  • Original packaging
  • Invoice or packing slip

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.


Important Note

Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.
